Stay somewhere else! We paid for a hotel room, for a guest we were hosting for a 2-day film shoot we were doing in PHX. The hotel charged our guest $42 to park their vehicle. I called the hotel to confirm this is real, and the lady who answered immediately got defensive and started listing a bunch of justifications for why they charge an arm-and-a-leg for a paying guest to park their car. Keep in mind, I simply asked if this is actually a rate they charge to park a car overnight - I was by no means trying to confront. Ladies and gentlemen, as someone from downtown PHX, public parking all over the city is NOWHERE NEAR $42. I suggest staying elsewhere, as it seems the management at this specific location is actively looking for ways to scam you out of your money.

when I booked it, I swear it said they had a hotel shuttle to the airport. Once I got there, they did not. Not only that, there was no on site parking. I had to pay $30 per night to park for five days. I would've been better off just parking at the airport. I was very disappointed in the location.

Jordon was fantastic.
Jorden at the check in desk was fantastic. She checked on me after I got to my room. I had an issue regarding the TV. She sent Alex up to my room within a few minutes and he fixed the problem. Excellent service.
