The sliced hot dogs with the dry scrambled eggs were a disappointment. I had asked if sausage were served and was told yes. I appreciated everything else, and the free water was a lifesaver!

Home away from home!

This is my first time staying at Hampton Inn. (Scottsdale). I must say it was a really great place to stay. Hotel staff (Michelle) was professional and polite, and able to answer all of my questions. The room was very clean and very spacious...Loved It! Breakfast was very good and "hot"... Lots of variety! Plenty of various juices or water or coffee. and always clean. Plenty of tables for everyone to eat and relax... Not a single issue with anything...Lots of parking for guest.. The perfect place to stay in Scottsdale!

Upgrade not worth it

I paid for upgrade did not get it the first night. The second staff did not make me feel valued because i wanted what i paid for. They finally gave me the upgrade after showing proof multiple times. The upgrade room was not comfortable. Did not go back to the front just dealt with it. Will not return

I like that staff at Talking Stick next door are so accommodating to Hampton Inn guest. The shuttle gives rides as close to Hampton as they can get

staff was nice. Room smelled musky and Dungee bed was rockhard. We were next to the kitchen on the first floor so when they started breakfast, it sounded like somebody was beaten on the wall at 5 o’clock in the morning.
