The check in person was making constant remarks about us using a third party to book and even said we couldnt get points on the stay because of it. I insisted that it has never been a problem before. Fact is, Hilton is difficult to book anything with and Expedia is super simple. Hotel was okay. The carpet in our room smelled bad, the air conditioner unit was very loud. No complementary water even for Silver Honors and wasn’t clear that we had to call for the shuttle. I am not inclined to stay in this chain of Hiltons again.

The hotel was going through minor renovations in the lobby which impacted the property condition score. Rooms were clean and comfortable and check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Phoenix,
