The property is beautiful and well maintained. This is at least my fourth time staying here. The front desk people are always fabulous. I often am on the road and check in after 1 am. Last night we checked in two rooms after midnight. A maid knocked on my door at 10:15 countinuously and I had the sign to not come in. Check out was at 11. Came back later at 11:20 with a supervisor. The maid said it was her mistake for 10:15. Well she knocked on the other room for my movers in my party and entered their room and woke them up well before 11. This has never happened at this hotel before. Very upsetting.

The staff was great! The location is good. There were no luggage racks available and we needed them. The room really needed another table and chair or chairs. The tub took too long to fill because all the water comes out the hand shower.
