the handicap room was beautifully done and easy for us to use. The hotel was top quality. But it was the staff that made it shine. Especially Eneida at breakfast. What a joy to start the day with her. And Marty at the front desk helped me with next steps to our trip.

There are no vending machines. No cash or change was offered. Was told by gift store employee no ice machines in the facility. Told to go to a gas station. Real attitude. I should have done better research and gone to some other place!

The toilet tank was constantly leaking and refilling throughout the night. Also, a very heavy towel rack holder was not secure on the wall, missing the support screws. When I put a towel on the rack holder, the rack holder fell off and landed on my towel. Lastly, the shower curtain was torn at the top where it connects to the shower curtain rod.
