Although the layout of the hotel felt a bit like navigating a maze, everything else about our stay was excellent! The ambiance was inviting, the amenities were well-maintained, and the overall experience was delightful. A little more signage might help with navigation, but it’s a minor detail in an otherwise wonderful stay!

Convenient shuttle service and proximity to the airport were the reason we chose this hotel. Good choices for meals and snacks.

The hotel has a weird layout where you have to go outside with your luggage to the pool area to access most rooms. Restaurant was just average. Also they provide you with complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport but it does not run on a regular schedule for pickups so you have to call for it to come and get you. They don’t tell you that so I waited 90 minutes expecting it to come by but it did not.

The room was nice. The elevator took forever for only 4 floors. I used the stairs. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was no different from the complimentary breakfast many other hotels serve except this breakfast was $24.98 per person! The staff said we could not order off of the menu, it was buffet only. Definitely not worth the money.

We drove into Phoenix in a rental car and called to get a room and be picked up at the airport by your shuttle driver Frank, he was very nice and helpful as was all the staff. The room was great and the food and sports bar was perfect after a long day.
