Room temp was not great
Hilton hotels and resorts have always been great. Thr only reason im knocking one star off for this is because we couldn't keep the room at a comfortable temp. It kept going from 73 degrees to 78. It wasnt comfortable and couldn't get cooled down.

Love staying at this location. Great customer service and the rooms are great. Only thing that we notice this time was when we checked into our room. There was a sock left by the bed of our room and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was toothpaste on the wall by the light switch and the bathroom door was dirty.

Great hotel with one exception: out of 3 days, 2 days housekeeping missed our room. Had to find fresh towels, make the bed etc… no one emptied the trash. Otherwise- awesome experience

Somewhat dissatisfied
The maid never refreshed our room did not make beds or give any clean towels. We were double charged for coffee in the room which was wrong because it was never refilled. I chose Hilton because of the great experience I had in Washington DC. I was disappointed.
