Staff when checking in were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was average with some evidence of being worn. Hotel rooms and floors lacked warmth in being a welcoming environment. Housekeeping service did not service our room during our stay. Was unsatisfied with another guest allowing his dog (pit bull) off leash walking in and out of the hotel.

Price was quite high compared to other properties so I expected it to be awesome. It was not. Got a room overlooking the cooling system. Girl at the desk didn't know that the phone system no longer works. Breakfast is not included but available for $30 per person. Really? No thanks. I will not be returning.
