I loved this place! People very friendly, bed so comfortable, breakfast was amazing! Real eggs, great coffee, and wonderful cinnamon rolls!!

The room was clean and comfortable. There was moldy bread out for breakfast. I asked the attendant for fresh bread. It appeared that he removed the moldy piece in the front that had the most mold. I asked if the tray was fresh. He just kept saying he took it out of the freezer yesterday so it shouldn’t be moldy.

Best breakfast of our entire trip, especially loved the pancake machine that made 2 perfectly sixed delicious pancakes! A very clean, comfortable hotel ideally situated for Mesa airport.

PROS: Good location, newer hotel, clean lobby/hallways, pleasing breakfast and nice shower. CONS: Poor floor soundproofing, polyester bedding, sunk in hard mattress, black mold in sink and hotel double charged credit card. *Note: I'd only stay at this particular Holiday Inn again if I could get a room on the top floor and with a decent mattress.

Good Value for Price

Overall the hotel is pretty good value for the price. Breakfast was included and I was surprised at the amount and variety of food offered. Only complaint is that the mattress was not good and needs to be replaced.

We flew into Mesa Gateway airport late. Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, great selection, hot and cold. Staff helpful, friendly and kind! Excellent place to stay!

Stay there for two nights first night no issues second night. Let’s just put it this way. Need to teach people how to have hotel etiquette. People staying above me were extremely rude loud banging kids were just playing till 1130 12 o’clock at night.
