The staff was friendly. However, it’s aggravating when you call you confirm what is on breakfast buffet just for it not to match during breakfast. I book hotels based on morning breakfast options, so when it doesn’t deliver, it’s annoying. The TV in the bedroom had an option for Sleep Timer, however there is no way to adjust it as the control doesn’t let you do so. There is also no laundry bags made available for use of dirty laundry.

The person behind the counter at the time I arrived was very unfriendy and rude. She was very unhappy to be there. Didn't even said hi. She gave me my room keys and didn't mention anything about the parking. I asked her and she told me I could park anywhere I wanted. The next day I notice all the cars had a parking permit but my car. Hotel need to promote EV chargers because when I was leaving I saw the chargers and I need it to charge my car.

We had never been to Glendale but we were going for a concert and the hotel was a great experience! We stayed 3 days and the staff was super friendly. I was traveling with 2 teens and myself and we definitely felt safe. The room was clean and the hotel was down the street from a bunch of things and venue. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and quiet
Very nice hotel. Plans changed and ended up going alone but felt safe. Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing is keurig did not work properly and light bulbs out on lamp above the chair couch. Besides that really enjoyed quiet room, will come back.
