Everything was so nice about this property ...convenience , large clean rooms , quiet , complimentary morning breakfast. But , at the end of the day , it's about hospitality . Staff not friendly or welcoming . No eye contact , no greetings, no friendliness . Staff needs to take a Hospitality 101 class to know why they are there. Being friendly and nice makes a huge difference .

Convenient Location, Comfortable Sleep
This hotel is a clean, reasonably comfortable place to stay. We stay there frequently when visiting family in Tempe. This time around we needed an early check-in. I called the hotel and was told I could check in at 2:30, no questions asked. When we arrived I was told we couldn't check in early. The desk clerk was clearly unhappy with whoever I talked to earlier in the day. Then we were told that for a fee we could check in. I'm still not sure what the actual policy is.
