I didn’t even stay until breakfast. I checked in around 5 and ended up leaving the room to sleep in my truck around 9-10pm. I have already reached out to customer support. This is my second horrible stay in Arizona and the second time I had to just leave early and sleep in my truck

The property is located in a run-down area. There are numerous unsheltered individuals present on and around the property. However, I felt safe inside; the lobby was well-furnished and inviting. The staff promptly greeted me. They were friendly and accommodating. My room was on the second floor. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The shower had excellent water pressure and an ample supply of hot water. The tub had some mold in the caulk and a stray hair on the wall from a previous guest. The mattress was very soft; I prefer a firmer one. The A/C is very loud. It woke me up every time it turned on. The ceiling was full of patches from leaks. Breakfast was okay. I tried to lie down for a bit after breakfast; however, a child was running back and forth, stomping on the floor above us. The walls and windows are not soundproof. I could hear traffic noise and people in the rooms around mine. I only stayed one night, and it sufficed.

The rooms are clean it has a nice balcony and we were comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. Parking wasn’t a problem but there were a lot of homeless wondering the parking lot after dark.

While it was not a bad stay, it was not great. The lack of counter space in the bathroom made it hard to do hair and make up. The taps made an extremely loud screeching noise when used. There was a small blood stain on the sheets that I did not see until the next day and asked to have them changed. The TV is very small. The breakfast only had meat one day we were there, which was a soggy flavorless paddy sausage. The best part of this hotel was the staff. Very friendly and courteous.
