I choose to stay here often and will continue.

Perfect walking distance to chase field. I have also stayed here for events at footprint center. No fighting crowds to leave in a vehicle or waiting hours for an uber with hundreds of other people. Very clean, very good staff as well. The only thing not up to par was the breakfast. it was actually really bad, and I didnt expect that from this otherwise wonderful hotel.

Great choice for a one night stay

It was a good place and they fixed my error in booking and rebooked the same room for and cost. The separate cost for the car valet service was pretty pricey and added onto the room cost which wasn’t mentioned in the booking sight

We were in Phoenix for a convention. Hotel was within walking distance to the convention center which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with lots of options.

Great hotel experience

Easy and accessible check in and valet service upon getting to the hotel. Room was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and will definitely stay in the future.

Nice hotel but will pass

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located. The rooms spacious and clean. I have stayed here twice during trips. My one, probably biggest, criticism is the exorbitant fees that cost nearly the same as the room. The first visit the mandatory valet was 95 bucks after tax for 2 nights. The room was only 200 for 2 nights. The next visit I had to bring my fur baby. I always expect a fee - that isn't a problem. However, 125 non refundable fee PLUS 75 per pet meant the pet fee and valet was almost DOUBLE the cost of the actual room charge.

Great location, clean and convenient room configuration. Valet parking, while pricey, is reasonable when there are special events. Breakfast offers waffels, egg cheese and meat sandwiches, yogurt, oatmeal with lots of add in options, fresh fruit muffins and bread options and selection of juices. Very clean and spacious dining area.

The room was comfortable and clean. The sink was not draining properly. I had to be dropped off two blocks from the hotel late at night alone with my luggage because the whole street that the hotel is on was closed and there was no way for my Uber to drop me off in front of the building.
