We used this hotel our first night and last night if a week long trip because it’s so close to the airport. Room 206 was impressively large and clean! We have 3 teen boys and this was the biggest standard hotel room we have ever stayed in. 2 beds plus pull out plus tons of open space and counter space. Also, every staff member we encountered was friendly and pleasant to interact with. Both shuttle drivers we used were fantastic. We tipped them and were grateful for the free shuttle. Gym and lobby areas were clean. Overall great place for a quick stay.

Excellent experience with great customer service. The property is in excellent condition, the rooms are well equipped, spacious and great. The bed, duvet and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The 24 hour access gym is convenient for any type of traveller even if small. The breakfast was excellent with friendly service. Overall it’s a comfortable 5 star review. Thank you and I’ll be happy to return in the future!

When we got to our room, the key cards did not work. We were tired and we were given a room clear to the end of the hall. I went back down to the front desk to request a new key card. The clerk was rude about the whole situation and didn't apologize. Just put us in a new room. How hard is it to just get a new key card?

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good options for breakfast. Lots of dining options within walking distance. However, the swimming pool was not well maintained and there was/is spots of green scum on the sides. Also it needs an awning for shade because of the extreme temperatures.

Our A/C was not working properly, and in Phoenix in the summer, that is less than ideal. The bedding on the sofa bed had some stains and the sofa bed tilted head side lower than feet. This was the third Home2 we stayed in within the past week and it was by far the worst of the three. The other two we excellent. There are other Home2 properties in the Phoenix area. I with I had gone to one of those instead.
