This hotel experience was better than expected. I was treated well. My room was spotless. Staff was great. I was safe. Bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Coffee all day. It was quiet.

We will come back to this hotel again. Hotel looked modern, rooms were clean and larger than the usual places we stay at in the Phoenix airport area. The airport shuttle bus service was on time. The bus driver was very informative when she drove us to the airport. Breakfast was great with several options of ready made breakfast sandwiches

Ladies who did breakfast were rude and not friendl
Hotel and night staff were amazing! Breakfast lady’s were rude. We got down to eat 25 min before it closed. No food and would not refill anything. They said it was to close to closing time. Literally nothing but cold cereal and they were putting that up. All 3 were rude and sassy!!! If you are going to serve breakfast serve it the entire time or cut down your time to accommodate the not so friendly staff

We booked the room for handicap and my grandparents thought it was very nice and clean. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was very close to the airport. Overall the hotel was very nice and we will definitely go there again.This was our second time here this year.
