It was dirty, run down. They oversold so the room I reserved wasn’t available. When I went to the room they gave me, it was filled with dirty linens bundled on the floor. Very rundown overall since my last stay 6 months ago.

The room felt like it wasn’t cleaned in weeks furniture were dusty and linen were stuffy and not clean. Bathroom was very neglected and shower had mold growing on the ceiling and wall. Shower pressure was very low. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Room was great, staff did a great job. I travel a lot and one of the things I run into a lot is the room key not always working. No issues thru out the stay. The room, the outside doors or the pool, the key worked all week.
