Comfortable clean hotel. Excellent location. I have stayed here 3 times now when traveling to Gilbert for medical reasons. Far enough away from the hospital to not feel like a "medical trip" yet quick easy drive to MD Anderson.

Breakfast Needs Some Improvements

Enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. However, the food being served at breakfast did not seem appealing nor was it very clean. My family and I decided to dine out for breakfast. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is very run down. We arrived and the only two queen room they had was a handicap room. The caulking in the shower is all coming off and the wallpaper is bubbling. The carpet is very old and dirty and there was a sink in the sleeping room And not in the bathroom. The breakfast was cold and horrible. Tasted awful and didn’t get it the rest of the time we were there. We will not pick this hotel again.
