We absolutely love staying at a Hyatt Place! But let me tell you, this location is simply outstanding. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, and the room is incredibly spacious and comfortable. Our stay here was truly delightful!

Nothing special. Standard cookie cutter hotel. Gym sucked. Had a hard finding any housekeeping that spoke English. Ended having to go to front desk to get my room cleaned. Lots of places to eat in surrounding area.

The property is centrally located to everything!!! The staff is fabulous and breakfast had real bacon and real fluffy eggs. It was decorated nicely for Christmas. Unfortunately for me I was on the fourth floor with a youth basketball team 3 nights out of 5. They were loud and obnoxious running up and down the hallway with no parental supervision after quiet hours had began. I even had someone knock on my door and run. To bad the parents just let their children do whatever. I guess there is not much Hyatt can do about this, however that is the only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating. Would stay here again.
