The elevator was very small and looked dented and unclean. Two of the staff member were nice and welcoming. The shuttle driver from the airport - a young man was also very nice and kind. One of the young women working when I had to leave on their shuttle at 5 am was incredibly rude, never smiled, never apologized that the shuttle driver was 15 min late. When I inquired whether I should just take an UBER she responded in a condescending, attacking, rude tone. I actually schooled her on the spot. I said I was merely asking a logistics questions. You could have answered me in a nice and respectful tone. She scoffed and put her head down. Is there any training at this hotel??!! The room was nice and clean but the overall experience felt subpar. I will not return.

The door to my room did not automatically close. I had to pull it shut. Housekeeping should’ve caught this and had it repaired. There was only one working elevator and it sometimes took over five minutes.

Very prompt service as we asked for extra towels and pillows which were brought up right away. The shower was good size and height for a tall person. The bed and sheets were very comfy. The continental breakfast had many different options for everyone.

Very nice stay
Property outside was neat, inside lobby was clean and inviting, hallway to elevator seemed like it was due for either a good cleaning or paint, only 1 side of two elevators working, it needed cleaning/touch up. Room hallways needed vacuuming better. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast 5 stars. We wished we could have stayed longer.
