Good location - Comfortable stay!

This was a 2 day stay to see a musical at Gammage. The hotel is conveniently located to most of the ASU activity centers and a walkable distance to Mill Ave ( shops and restaurants) Parking Garage right next door ($16 per night extra), easy room key access. Staff was professional and friendly and the room comfortable, roomy and very clean! Buffet breakfast is included and about what you would expect - scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, muffins, fruit, oatmeal and cereals. Really quite satisfying. No real restaurant and the bar closes at 10:00 p.m. Not an issue for us,, since there were lots of places to go within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.
