Dangerous Bathroom

My Mom fell in the shower. She injured her shoulder and ankle because the shower was slippery and there wasn’t a shower mat in the bathroom. Had they provided a bath mat, she wouldn’t have fallen. My father went down to lobby to let the hotel staff know and all they did was give her a bath mat(too late!). It is 2 days later and my Mom is still in pain.

Outstanding service at check-in and departure room was clean. Shower was nice. Top floor lounge area was really nice. Great view perfect service. Food was adequate.. Only complaint I would have is the rugs in the hallway are, but being on a college campus I’m sure that’s very tough to control.
