Beautiful hotel, great location!
The Hyatt Regency was a gorgeous property in a GREAT location in downtown Phoenix. We walked to the hotel from Chase Field after attending a concert. In the walk along the way there were a plethora of bars and restaurants. Not a ton of homeless on the vicinity either. The valet parking was $10 more than the parking garage but worth it IMO. The valet guys were quick and efficient. My only complaint is we checked in at 3:15pm (instead of 4) and they only had “certain rooms available” at that time. We had no choice as we had to get to our event so our only option was to “upgrade to a balcony room” for $10 more. Ok that sounds nice, great city views….fine we will do it! Omg not worth it AT ALL I will attach a picture of our “view” from the balcony. We were on the 7th floor. Maybe balcony on the 15th floor and above would have been worth it. Otherwise the room was gorgeous and very clean. And the body wash smelled like heaven!

My stay was awesome . Everyone was friendly . Definitely safe location. Rooms are nice with balcony and comfy bed . Shayla made my stay complete for my birthday . I got chocolate covered strawberries and champagne thank you so much Hyatt . I will definitely recommend this hotel.
