Clean, Great Service/Location for Chase/Footprint
Came up for a concert. The hotel was VERY busy but they handled all of us quickly. Valet service for the car was a little slow, because there was only one guy. Thought better planning on that, given Chase Field concert was SOLD OUT would have been a better idea. But all in all, we got the valet within 30 min and the rest of our group headed to the room. Clean everything in the room. Coffee with bottled water. Plenty of space and the room darkening shades helped with the Phoenix heat of summer.

This particular hotel in Phoenix needs a face lift. It used to be a comfortable place to stay, but it's cleanliness and aesthetic needs improvement. The bathroom was stocked with stained towels with what appeared to be blood. The cloth shower curtain was stained brown in various areas. The carpet outside of our room was filthy and appeared unvaccummed. There are plenty of other hotels in the area with better upkeep.

Check in was really easy. Only thing is my husband stayed in the car. I got out and checked in lots of congestion after checking we have to get a parking pass at a little window outside and park across the street if you’re Parking at the hotel. When we checked into our room, normally I go through and clean the room with Lysol wipes this time I didn’t immediately got in the shower cause we had a concert to go to. and while in the shower, I looked over and saw a whole bunch of hair, stuck to the side of the wall, long hair, dark black very noticeable so I had my husband grab me two or three Lysol wipes to get it all off of the wall. The bathtub was very slippery. My husband did cut his toe on the shower drain. They have the AC set at 72 and you cannot change it. The wait for the elevators and there are five of them are long. on the wall side of the bed, there was trash on the floor that we picked up ourselves. So I’m guessing the maids are in a hurry when they change out the rooms.
