The staff at front desk is not offering the whole amenities within the hotel. The lady at the front desk was asked where we could have a nice dinner, and for some reason she did not say anything about the revolving restaurant on 24th floor. We found it ourselves.

Hotel Needs Help in Phoenix
The hotel itself is very nice. Very clean. They are dramatically understaffed and therefore it is impossible to expect any service, let alone service detail here. From the fact that I had to wait forever to check in to the fact that I could never get an operator on the phone from my room, things like this is why you stay at an upscale hotel instead of a budget minded property. To be quite frank, this hotel is a great structure that disappointed on every level. Oh, and there's very little courtesy offered, either. I asked for some extra washcloths, for some people coming over for lunch. After waiting an hour, they brought me one. Come on.
