It’s OK for a couple of days, but the property is missing a few things. One of them is a shelf in the shower, a couple more hooks in the bathroom and coffee filters. Overall a few changes would make it feel more cozy and inviting. The biggest problem for me was the owner/rental company is non-responsive. I sent multiple messages ahead, right before check in, and while staying at this place, and never got an answer back. I didn’t even get the check out instructions. The building looks great and the gym and working spaces are good.

THIS IS A WARNING. I am not a review writer and am usually a person who tries to see the positives of what they have but, my experience here was so unexpected that if I stayed quiet, I feel it would be a disservice to those who come after me. The reviews on travel apps are severely misleading and it’s for those exact reasons that my stay was not only disappointing but, resulted in me CHECKING OUT ABOUT HALFWAY THROUGH MY TRIP (booked for 7 nights but only stayed for 4 and I am writing this at the time of me packing up my things). I lost a considerable amount of money booking this location but, it was better for me to sacrifice the cost and stay at a college dorm for the remainder of my trip (interpret that as you will). From the images shown, to the labeling of the location on travel apps and sites, to the prices of the rooms, you would think you are staying at a 4 star hotel. Especially when sites such as expedia label it as such. Unfortunately this is not the case. If you plan on vacationing in the Phoenix area, this IS NOT a place you want to consider and there are many more locations on the same street with similar prices that actually are hotels (and nice ones at that). I honestly don’t understand why this location is even on vacation sites for HOTELS as it is an apartment complex at its core and on maps it’s even labeled as such.

Would have stayed here again and gave a 4-5 star review if not for the unexplained and unauthorized $200 charge on my credit card a week after my check out. We followed all the instructions and there is no explanation for the charge that I will now have to dispute.

It was a bit tricky to find the lockbox. Once found, it was also a pain to get the parking permit from upstairs and come back down. I would like to suggest the parking permit be folded into the lockbox or rolled into a plastic bag for the lockbox. I think it would fit and would avoid a lot of back and forth. Having said that, it was very nice to have parking in downtown Phoenix! The location of this apartment is excellent. However I would say it is more for a younger crowd. The gym and pool facilities are wonderful but it is noisy in the hallway and there are lots of young adults chatting at all hours. Since the door is very thin, you can hear their every conversation. The view from the apartment is also terrific. There is a full kitchen and although we didn’t cook, one could easy make meals there. I agree with a previous review— the towels were a bit lacking. We didn’t have a bathmat and the towels were thin and small. We were fine but definitely unlike a nice hotel.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The building had nice amenities, including a rooftop lounge, pool, and gym. The check-in, parking, and check-out was a little complicated. You have to pick up the keys from a lockbox next to the building, then pick up the parking permit from the apartment, before you can park in the designated garage. You also have to return the parking permit at checkout, so you have to move your car and return the permit, before you can check out and return the keys to the lockbox. If you have a conference or work that runs until later in the day, then you have to find alternative parking for the rest of the day. It was an added complication that I wasn't expecting and it was inconvenient, but otherwise, I had a good stay.

This is NOT a hotel. It’s more of an overpriced dorm but with hotel pricing! After 4, you’ll get your key down the alley by the dog park. It’s sketchy so go in daylight. Your sheets might be clean- mine were not. There was a stain on the pillowcase. But fear not! The pillows were one of the few things they were generous with, so I used the other three. I can honestly say that the pillows are the nicest thing in the whole place. The bathroom offers a few thin towels which would be okay if the shower didn’t spray outside the door because the stripping is falling off. You’ll need to make sure the toilet paper is on the counter so it doesn’t get soaked. The toilet paper bar is installed aimed at the floor causing the roll to escape frequently. I’m sure it wasn’t initially installed that way but the screw is coming out of the drywall. In the living space, the “rug” is actually dangerous. There was a fold in it because it’s paper thin and has clearly been tripped over so many times that it can no longer be flat. The dining area offered uncomfortable and unstable furniture. The decorator theme here is bachelor pad meets ikea with a stop at Walmart. In the sleeping area, you’ll find a bed about 10” from the floor with a 4” mattress; I’ve slept on futons with more support. I paid a property fee but still got to be a maid. Empty all the trash to one trash can, wash the dishes, gather the towels and return that key;) Check out by 10 to avoid fees! I will not stay here again.

Lobby front door handle broken, one elevator was down. Bathroom floors in apartment dirty and had lots of different hair types on them. Otherwise room had four basic towels for showers which we reused and washed a few times, and a few rolls of toilet paper. Location and getting in and out of the building and it is super easy.
