There was a very strong musty, mildew smell in my room. The first night I was too tired and feeling sick to do anything about it. The next day I realized the smell was coming from the bathroom sink and that the plug & drain in the sink was green with algae. As I would run the water, chunks of algae would float in the water. I used a wash cloth to wipe around the drain and it was black & gross! I’m not sure how this was missed, but it was pretty bad. The floor under the sink was also pretty dirty.

Nice rooms-quiet-great location to freeway! Nice amenities with frig/micro/ coffee maker in room. Nice large breakfast area with fair food options-suggest variation every day or two in food choices for longer staying guests.

The property was OK. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. The rooms were clean-ish...could definitely have been cleaner, it is an older property but doors, baseboards and some walls need cleaning an painting. The shower head could be replaced with one that does not shoot straight down. The blow dryer in the bathroom literally exploded when I turned it on and started smoking. I would stay there again, but it was not the best La Quinta experience I have ever had.
