Clean room; "fast precheck in" didn't make it any faster. Counter clerk still took 5 minutes to check us in. Limited breakfast options (my husband is diabetic and most everything on buffet was carb-heavy).

The doorlocks both from the outside and the actual room doors didn't work 50 percent of the time. Electric plugins in the rooms didn't work and the drain in the bathtub didn't work correctly...kept closing. The room was nice and beds were comfortable.

I appreciated the young lady who checked my family into our room. The room was clean and welcoming. There was an issue with the side entry door; it appears people/staff place a rock to keep the door open. This needs to be addressed, for the area around the hotel has homeless individuals lurking about (a man half undressed in front of my wife and daughter as I checked into the hotel). Overall, the stay was fine, but because of the location and the incident that occurred with my family, I will not be back.
