I arrived earlier than expected and when I tried to check in it was a $25 early check in fee. On the first day, no pool. On the third day no hot water, Management said it would be fixed by morning. 4th day, still no hot water, again management said by morning. 5th day still no hot water and the pool was closed, no offer to move to another hotel. Management kept saying the hot water was going to be fixed, idiot me believed them. At 8pm the last I stayed there they offered me a a room in a sister hotel, I only had about 9 hours left before I had to bet on the plane home. And again, Management said the hour water was going to be fixed by morning. NOPE! They didn't even offer to compensate me for my patience. I'm glad I was visiting family and they had a shower.

The highlight was breakfast. Lots of choices. Everything else was lacking. We had no hot water for 4 days and management made no attempts to compensate us. The rooms showed their age but the a/c worked so that was a plus.

Absolutely love the location. It’s in walking distance to so many restaurants. The room and property was clean. The staff was friendly. The price was perfect which included a hot breakfast. We will be returning many more times.

No hot water

The overall condition of the hotel was just okay—not terrible, but definitely nothing special. The biggest issue was there was no hot water during my stay, which made things really uncomfortable. It’s a basic expectation, and I was disappointed that it wasn’t working. Staff wasn’t rude, but also didn’t offer much help or a solution. Wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made.

This property needs some serious renovations! Spackle on the walls, dirty mirrors, sink did not drain, walls and door frames chipped, shower leaked, and sleeper sofa had a big dip in it.
