Amazing customer services. The evening as well as morning front desk staff were first class customer service staff and should be reinforced. The room was spotless and all services and amenities were over the top. It seemed as if it were a 5 star hotel at times.

Evening staff people were excellent. Very friendly and courteous. The room was bare and had no soap beside the bathroom sink nor a coffee maker. The toilet is in need of repair and the shower head needs upgrading. The free breakfast was minimal in choices and carried no gluten free products. Given a choice I would not choose this hotel to stay in again.

Great hotel for the price. Downside was that the commercial area across the road was very noisy, penetrating the room. But easy access, close to airport. Front desk staff offered to help us with medical equipment that we had to store and assist with transportation. Great job, very impressed.
