Loved the hotel and the ambiance - but we requested before we arrived and when we checked in if the pool was heated and were told it was definitely heated - but when we tried to use it - the pool was icy cool - when we enquired we were told the the normally turn the heater on November 1st - and they were looking into it. We would never would have booked that hotel if we had known the pool was not heated - we specifically were looking for a hotel that had a pool when we were making our choice so this was very disappointing. It was November 3rd when we checked in so the heater should have been on but they had not done so. Also or room had no shampoo in the bathroom - only hand soap which is not good for your hair

Great lobby and comfortable room!
The check-in was seamless and the room was comfortable. The room design was really cool and comfortable. The balcony is huge. Cool touch with huge bar in the lobby. Also lots of chill space in the lobby.

The hotel was very cool in design and concept. my only complaint would be that my room had a very foul odor that i tried to mask with a car air freshener in the hvac system and that didnt even work. i had a co worker with me and his room was fine so it was clearly localized to my room. unfortunately the hotel was booked so getting another room was not possible. i maid a comment to the main desk upon checkout but no compensation was offered.

Nice Vibe!
The room was really cool. The decor and the air conditioning. I really liked the location and That it was easy to get to wherever I needed to get to. I didn’t realize it was gonna be pretty close to campus, which was my fault so it was a little bit busy when classes were getting out but other than that, everything was great. There are no refrigerators in the room, but they don’t advertise that there are. We opted to get the mocktails which were free with check-in and they were absolutely delicious.

I communicated my concerns to Expedia regarding my hotel reservation and flight booking. I opted for an upgrade to ensure a better experience, incurring an additional daily charge. However, I did not receive a pool view room, despite the hotel's claims to the contrary. I submitted photographic evidence of the situation, but unfortunately, no action was taken to address my dissatisfaction as a customer. As a result, I felt disappointed with both the Moxy Hotel and Expedia.

I selected this hotel because it was walking distance to where I needed to be. However, the property wasn't as clean as expected (the behind-the-nightstand was very dusty). No refrigerator and safe were in the room, and no room slippers were provided. Also, the AC was so noisy that we could not sleep (we were okay with the street noise outside).

One of the worst moxys I have ever been to!!! The room is dirty! Shower is dirty, floor is dirty. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker, no cups! Absolutely nothing for you to use in the room. It also smells like sewage and is musty. They limit your AC and you can’t even use it because all the AC goes to the front lobby… They also lie about the deposits!!
