If being close to Old Town is your objective, then this is the location. However this is NOT a resort. It is an outdated apartment located in another companies apartment complex. The Meridian never communicated that until our day of arrival. Our unit was directly above where the garbage truck picked up the complex’s garbage. There was a loud buzzing noise most days coming from that area. A lot of garbage was left right at the garage entry/exit area. Our unit faced other units with zero sunshine. Pool area was not conveniently located and also got zero sunshine. Artificial turf area was used for dogs and there was a lot of dog poo that was not cleaned up. The online pictures were nothing like our unit. Very deceiving. As stated, it was close to Old Town

The complex was a little too far from Paradise Valley where we would normally prefer to stay and the suite itself was very dark, the vegetation around the building prevented the sun from entering and brightening the suite.

The Meridian is an excellent property management company with many high end property offerings. Every part of the dealings with Meridian is top shelf including the property we stayed at, Glen Eagle. I highly recommend the Meridian if you’re looking for a stay at a Condo in the North Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area
