Affordable, central Tempe location. Put a piece of tape over the vanity motion censor before you go to bed or that light will drive you crazy going on every time you roll over in bed at 2am, 3am, etc. Fitness room was not good - no wipes, no water, no towels, Bowflex treadmill was non-functional, Bowflex adjustable weights -- 2 dumbells but only 1 had a handle.

Decent stay for the price
They stay was simple and easy. Room was good but we only had 1 tv remote and the other tv remote was broken. The tub did not have a stop drain. They work specific hours so no one on site after a certain time, but overall it was a decent stay for the price.

Place is condemned. Don’t stay here.
The place had sticky floors, stain couches, dogs barking, parking lot had broke down vehicles and transients walking around. Was not safe for children. It was nearly condemned, it was too unsettling to stay there so checked out as soon as I walked into the room. Management denied me a refund nor assistance from Hotels.com.

Toilet latch was not working well. Therefore can not lock the the door. Toiletries are not sufficient for 4 people living there as its studio they need to give more shampoo, conditioner and soap.

I walked into this apartment hotel and it was disgusting. Lobby was sparkling the elevator was filthy. My room was filthy. Food crumbs on the floor and even a plastic fork. Brown stuff smeared on the wall and basically not clean. They couldn't have swept mopped or vacuumed the floor at all. The best part was there was no Management on site so I couldn't even switch rooms or remedies situation I couldn't stay in the room. Besides it being disgustingly inhabitable it smells like incense and I started having an asthma attack. The room supposed to be non-smoking but it smells like smoke so bad I couldn't do it. When I called they said that they were going to help me but I haven't had anything or any communications between them since I won't stay at this disgusting place again. You get what you pay gor
