It was nice and quiet, and the room was clean for the most part, but there were some small light stains on the sheets, cracked tile holding up the shower rod and unknown hairs on the “clean” towels

This place needs to be shut down!

Dont be fooled by the pictures online. This is a meth head hotel, the drapes in our room had big holes in them, there was no lighting, the drapes covered a big picture window, so if you opened them the meth heads had no shame starring in! The mattress was horrible , it caved in to the middle, the bed spread and sheets were paper thin , the bath tub was dirt filthy with paint peeling and paint chips at the bottom of the tub, we bathed with the sink for two days until we found another motel. We witnessed two prostitutes and two police arrest and each time we left and returned to our room we had to trek to the office to get our room key reset! There was no microwave,no iron, only two plastic cups, no large towels, there wasnt any of the amenities that you would find in a decent motel!! Ive never experienced mis advertisement such as this!!! Hotels.com you really should stop advertising this place, go check it out youll be appalled!! This place needs to be shut down!

The property does not look like its pictures shown on expedia. This really needs to be updated. It looks run down and dirty. We asked for non-smoking but the room smelled like cigarettes, holes in the sheets, my son's bed had blood stains. It was really gross. We left after 15 mins.

The shower bar fell off the wall. The shower was not very strong. Our room was right by the vending machines and folks came all during the night. It is located right on the railroad and 3 trains came through. Housekeeping started rolling carts at 5:30. Bed was lumpy. No coffee maker in room. Tub faucet was half off. Staff seemed frazzled with slow computer.

Having been a guest for only a second time and with reservations submitted I have never been more disappointed and offended than I have been here. My stay was great up until my last reservation and the associate I was dealing with decided that my reservation was not valid because of the room I was in but they didn’t have any reservations available for me to get the room I was in. They then canceled my reservation and instead of honoring my reservation and making an adjustment like the two other associates had done for two days. By doing this I was told to pay 30$+ from the reservation I had already made. When I told them I was not going to pay the room rate they changed it to and left they placed me on a national do not rent list and I had to sleep in my car for two days until I got a room in a different place to be able to sleep in a bed and not in my car. Disappointed is an understatement I am shocked and discouraged by this situation and have never been treated like this by anyone in the industry of hospitality.
