I really love the staff at this motel—they are friendly, helpful, and make the stay pleasant. My issue, however, is with the amenities. For the past week, there has been no coffee or ice available, both of which are supposed to be included with the stay. Our room doesn’t have a fridge, so I’ve been forced to spend about $8 per day on ice and $12 per day on coffee from the gas station—an extra $20 per day on top of the room cost, which adds up quickly. It’s really disappointing when these basic amenities, which are advertised as complimentary, aren’t available. I hope the management can address this issue soon.
