Service staff was fine, but the rest was a disaster. It’s a tweeker squat motel. Black mold all over the bathroom. Blood stains on the carpet. Patio door lock was broken. Light bulbs missing from lamps. Someone tried to break into our room. Meth pipes litter the walkways. For the same price, you could stay in an area that doesn’t have nor need an armed security guard.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. There were visible blood stains in the bathroom, which was very disturbing and unacceptable. I also did not feel comfortable with the hotel’s location, as the area felt unsafe. Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, organization, and comfort.

Couldn’t understand front desk personnel. She must have had a tongue ring or a mouthful of marbles. The room had a very bad smell of pet urine. They offered to move me to another room, but it was hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Lots of construction work during my stay.

The room was in terrible shape. Carpet ripped missing pieces and stained. Mold in the shower. Windows that wouldn’t lock very well. Air conditioner didn’t work it was 79- 77 all night. One tv not plugged in no cord.

To start Room smelled of cigarettes and meth. Water was turned off without any notice. Service phone didn't work. Some of the bed sheets appeared dirty. Furniture appeared ran down and old. AC didn't work.

The front desk staff ignored us before checking us in. There seemed prostitution going on in the parking lot and inside the hotel. We did not feel safe. The elevator was dirty. The room was dirty and smelling like cigarette. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Only one bath towel for twin bedroom.
