Dont stay here!
Rooms were nasty. Separating laminate flooring. Stains on bathtub and linens. Old furniture and non-working lamps. Parking lot filled with cigarette butts. Sketchy people just hanging around.

Stay clear. I can only assume the overall rating reflects more on accumulated prior years of ratings. On arrival their were sketchy people hanging around in parking lot, stairwells, etc. Some residents had their doors open. I get to my room and find while the beds have no bed spread and are made with sheet then blanket and sheet on top. So peel back to get in bed and find the blanket that was seemingly intended for direct body contact is stained/discolored. Bath had peeling repairs in tub and mold/mildew. Front desk attendant was rude saying "I am not housekeeping".

Paper thin walls, bed terribly just a thin sheet even thinner cover. 1/2 of toilet paper, no tissue paper . So basic for the price not right. Will never stay there again.

This place is horrible and shouldn’t even have a license. It’s run down and awful. It’s incredibly over priced. I can’t believe Expedia would list such a place.

I always said .. that you don’t have a second chance to make a First Good impression .. and the Impression I got from the front desk people was Excellent, very helpful, friendly and very impressive. Because of having kids in different travel teams we have had the chance to stay in different hotels and in different states and countries and let me remind you something.. if you had a bad experience in any place from the beginning .. you know already that your are not going to have a good experience at all. And in this place I got a really good experience. 💕💕and is very clean. Just don’t forget to bring your own shampoo, conditioner etc etc. There is plenty of parking and very convenient when you run out of options during College fútbol season.

No customer service
Because of a CC error, the reservation was cancelled. Someone ran our CC with the wrong Security code. They wanted to charge twice the rate as I originally booked the room for. They offered no help!!! Claimed all they had left were premium rooms. We ended up going to a completely hotel. Later, we found out we could have booked another room through Hotels.com for $40 less than what the clerk was offering.

This property is in disrepair. There were holes in the tub not many towels and even the bathroom door was held together by screws through it. Very minimalistic. Two pillows per bed and no bed cover just a sheet and blanket. Luckily it was one night but definitely not up to par for other motel 6. Don’t recommend
