Check in says anytime. Arrived at 4am from a 6 hour drive from out of state. Was not able to check in until 5:30am, also had to make a new reservation because mine was “gone”. Neighbors were arguing, room smelled of smoke, and the room door is very hard to open.

This location really can not be beat! The price is right and the accommodations are excellent!

If you're on the street side of the hotel you can hear the traffic going by but if you're on the parking lot side its quiet. This really is the best value in Tempe.
