The worst thing was the old lady who worked at night. Not only did she yell at me, she threatened me w the police because I hung up when she put me on hold for 10 minutes. So many of the guests I met complained about her. I got a call for a survey from motel6 and they told me they knew the old night lady was abusive and a problem but they couldn’t do anything about it. I will never stay there again based on how I was treated by HER!

Great bang for the buck
Rooms were clean, parking costs $10 a night on the property or you can park on the road for free, it's literally 5ft from the original pancake house. Great location and an inexpensive price considering you are in the heart of Scottsdale

Convenient, Quiet and Comfortable
Needed to find a hotel close to a hospital where my daughter was having tests. This fit my needs perfectly. I had a room at the back, could park the car right in front of the door. It was very quiet. It is a short walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall as well.

We arrived late (around 8pm) the lady at check in was rude as F, we were charged a $10 fee for parking (which I've never heard of), the room was small but clean.

There was an older woman that was there for check in, i’m not sure if she was just having a bad night or was frightened by a scene that was happening across the street with multiple firetrucks, but she was a little short and irritated. I just worked through the whole situation but I’m sure that there’s someone in a higher position that could sit down with her and just let her know that everyone who comes through the door isn’t a threat to her safety or her peace. She came around towards the end of the transaction so it seemed like she was trying.

The staff is either very friendly or rude. Poor customer service and disrespect from 2 particular staff members is sad and uncalled for. Nothing is being done or will be done because I have expressed my experience, and nothing has been done.
