A reset for life!

We had the opportunity to stay in one of the condos. We soaked up the lavish life for four days and can't wait to get back. We have stayed at different resorts all over the world, and this is definitely in the top five. The pools, food, service, and golf course are amazing. I had stayed here for business before and didn't really have an opportunity to appreciate all that the resort has to offer. It is an amazing facility!

Lous; not a place for good sleep

I stayed on a Sat night; loud music until 10pm hotel wide. Near icemaker, the machine itself is crazy loud. bring ear plugs and dont come here for a good night's sleep. the other stuff might be awesome but this is not a place for good sleep.

Wonderful stay at Mountain Shadows Resort. The resort is beautiful, pools are great and nice dining options as well. Well located and easy to drive or Uber to nearby locations. Gym which also offers different classes everyday which are worth a look. Took a yoga class one morning and highly recommend taking part of a class or two if possible. If you are an Expedia VIP ensure you get your perks. We had a voucher for drinks and had to mention it at check in.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel - beautiful surroundings, very clean pools and delicious restaurants. Also, the old-fashion drink at the bar is AMAZING! Couple minor notes for management: 1) I found 2 used plastic drink cups in one of the drawers in my room. They were not messy but please make sure your house-keeping checks all the drawers. 2) Other hotels around the area offer complimentary van ride service within 2 miles. I found this service to be very useful in the past. Finally, your hotel staff are wonderful - friendly and helpful. Thank them for me.

Hotel is nice and staff is friendly and helpful However Saturday afternoon there was a party with 40+ year olds who were clearly drunk loud and acting inappropriately. They took over the pool and spa area and my grandkids - both teenagers were reluctant to use the pool area clearly uncomfortable with their behavior and sexual jokes. This is disappointing considering the pool area was one of the reasons we stayed there. I would not recommend staying here with family

We liked everything except the configuration of the room. There was only one chair on the balcony and one chair in the room which meant no seating for the other person. We repeatedly asked for another balcony chair but it never appeared. Also, the glass wall on the shower is interesting but should not face the window over the pool area - very awkward.
