The resort is quite large, lovely up in nestled hills. We were there a busy holiday weekend so it was loud with sleep being a challenge HOWEVER I must underscore that it was a holiday weekend and I’m sure any travel at this time would be the same. It’s worth another visit!

We had a fantastic stay after the craziness of check in on a busy Saturday. Pools were clean and warm. Plenty of areas for smaller children to get in the water without issue. Service at the bar and around the larger pools was amazing! We definitely plan to return in the future.

This resort isnt the lap of luxury. It's more the lap of luxury's older sister - just a few wrinkles, but just as fun and adventurous. They have many great swimming pools, some for kids, some for adults. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the price is right.

The staff is great. The setting is nice. We didn’t sleep at all because our neighbors were so loud. They screamed and fought every night after the bar closed. There are roads on both sides of each building, so there is always noise outside. Not a quiet hotel. They charged me twice for my $359 in resort fees and I haven’t received a response from the hotel. The staff and the breakfast are great. The excessive fees and noisy surroundings are not good. Still hoping someone will refund my double charges.

Pros: clean and spacious rooms, quiet, beautiful grounds. Very helpful staff. Cons: tight parking, if you can’t catch a golf cart or call ahead for assistance on your way to your room, you will have a bad time trying to walk up the steep streets to your room. No elevator or wheelchair accessibility for 2nd level suites on the east side of the conference building. There should be an easier path to get to those center suites without having to walk around the property via the bridge or the steep street on the south end.
