I showed up and they did not have the rooms available i booked online. At 1am telling me to contact the 3rd party does nothng. I booked a different hotel. I will have to dispute the.charge on my cc. Booking a hotel online is a scam. I can book with zero issies. Canceling or modifying amything requires setting up an account. If its simple to book ot needs to be as simple to cancel. The set up is difficult for the customer and feels and acts like a scam. Never again.

The entire place was disappointing. The area of town was a bit scary, and the rooms were unclean, had dried blood and pictures of drugs on the walls and mirror, as well as cracks and holes in the walls. The woman at the counter was extremely nice though. The pictures on Expedia are not what the hotel looks like.

This place is super dirty and run down. Floor was so dirty and stained and tack strip was exposed. I dared not to walk around without shoes on. Had to travel several times to main office to reprogram card key as it would not open my room. Never stay here again.

The room smelled gross, the walls are so thin you can hear everything, the beds were uncomfortable and the blankets were thin with cigarette burns in them. The shower left a huge water mess on the floor and there was no microwave or hair dryer.Overall, was a very uncomfortable stay.

The tv was cracked in the room, i asked for non smoking. I got a room that smelled like smoke. The restroom floor was caving in, There was small roaches or crickets, bed sunk it a lot, the toliet kept splitting out water every time i flushed the toliet and my card kept resetting. My phone wasnt next to the card. I asked for a refund. They said no refunds.

The stay was decent but there was a lot of things wrong with it. The room upon entering smelled like heavy cigarettes, the floor was unswept and unmopped. The caulking job on the bathtub was outrageous , there was still painters tape stuck on the ceiling . We didn’t even receive the mini fridge that was advertised with the room. We only received a half roll of used toilet paper , the tissue box was broken and the pieces were just left on the counter. The only thing great about this stay was the convenience and the comfortable bed. Don’t even get me started on the noise from the other residents! Good for convenience but bad in terms of quality.

Lobby is not accessible for check in after 6pm - had to use a 'cashiers slot' window. Desk staff was very unfriendly. No hotel map provided, just a room number and no direction as to where the room was: drove around looking for the room, but the room numbers were small and unreadable without getting out of the car. Then it turned out the room was interior to the building - no signage to indicate that. Room was sparse, not clean. No furniture except for a (lumpy) bed and a desk. No rack or hangers to hang clothes on. The desk lamp and ceiling light didn't work. Wifi was available but at an extra charge. Very unpleasant on all aspects - pay the extra and go someplace else.
