The breakfast area was too crowded with everything all along one little wall. The guests didn’t fit so they went to pool area. The complimentary ice was with fruit was so good but almost give day 1. Exact same water still there next day with soggy fruit mush.

Needed a place near Glendale for my niece's wedding and Serene fit the bill. Rooms were decent size, beds were fine, and the complimentary breakfast was better than average. Only downside was that the TV didn't work and we were told to unplug it to reset everything which fixed the problem. The room phone didn't work either, but no big deal these days. We didn't use the pool, but one family did and said the water was freezing. Didn't get towels after the first day, but I requested them the second day and the maids delivered a new set and also made the beds. Nice mall location in a good section of the Phoenix area with a Portillo's just across the parking lot.

Over night for a festival.
Over night for the noodles festival in Peoria. Front desk clerk was very nice. Gave us an early check-in and a welcome gift. Good service and comfortable. Great selection of TV stations to choose from. HBO etc. We will stay again.

Really was overall great I was able to check in early which gave my friends time to change in my room because their hotel was ready and the concert was on 15 minutes away. Awesome breakfast too. Everything was around too.

Smell drains dirty pipes
I was forced to miss the first day on my reservation due to the establishment requesting a cash deposit. Day 2 was horrendous after I woke up choking on the the god awful smell wafting from the pipes. I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon.
