I was forced to miss the first day on my reservation due to the establishment requesting a cash deposit. Day 2 was horrendous after I woke up choking on the the god awful smell wafting from the pipes. I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon.

Overall a great place to stay, location and building were wonderful, but the staff were hard to stomach. The hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and a hospital. The building was sturdy and the rooms were spotless. However the receptionist at the front counter was not friendly during check in or check out, personally thought she had a bad day, but soon found out she acted this way during both encounters. I would suggest updating the site as well because the breakfast option said that it was served weekdays only, however they served during my stay.

The staff was very nice and did what they could to be accommodating. The bed made so much noise every time I moved. The next morning I asked the staff if all the beds were this noisy. They asked me what room I was in. When I told them my room number they said they have had other complaints about the same bed in my room. If it's a known problem it should have been taken care of before.

Nice for the price
I am always skeptical of low priced hotels. This one was updated, clean, and very large rooms. The Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very organized, clean, and meticulous. Hot eggs and meat along with bakery items and cereal. Only issue is no indoor corridors, all rooms open to the exterior. Centrally located in ana are near many restaurants and shopping centers. You could walk less than block to 4 nice restaurants.
