Front desk was a big help with getting an easy check in. Didn’t receive the breakfast coupon that my gold level gives me and forgot to follow up in the morning. Airport shuttle was very useful for my guests that I was travelling with. I already booked another stay here in October.

I wish we had been given a little more details that the terminal was closed and we would have to take the tram to get there, we would of adjusted our shuttle time to earlier. We are told 10 mins easy.

It was a great hotel, the only issue we had was the shower. There was only hot water, burning hot. We called about it but nothing was done. Other than that, the hotel was good for a night.

Clean room, friendly and very helpful staff. Conveniently located about 3-5 minutes from the airport. The only downside was the lack of dining options in the immediate area.
