A/C unit very noise more than the usual we let the staff knows and I ask to change a room we never heard back from them to noise big party on the room next to us . Definitely I will never going back again.

Was woken up at 2am to be told my the hotel manager we had to leave before 11am . When asked what the reason for . The suspected we where smoking vapes pens in the rooms. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IN THE ROOM SMOKES. She said she had a smoke detector that told her other wise and she needed us out at 11am . Tried talking to. Them to explain this was a mistake . But all I was told the manager was not available . We had booked for 2 day and was told the security deposit and a 200$ charge was charge to my bank card for smoking in the room . We never ever smoked anything ! We lost one night stay as well which is not going to be recharged as well . Horrible experience.

Too many homeless folks roaming around. Looked like a lady was cleaning our her car in the parking lot in the evening. When checking in some person was yelling from a back office to the front desk representative to do something. She yelled back as soon as she was done chscking us in. Then she basically gave us a key and walked away. Trying to checkout was weird as well. Couldn't find anyone to check us out. Finally did and we were greeted with a grunt. Just let us checkout on a TV if thats the best you can do. Finally they charge for a room safe that was locked so we couldn't use it if we wanted without dealing with front desk. Freeway was adjacent to hotel which made it loud and convenient to leave. Plenty of better places in Phoenix.

The staff was wonderful, but the area is bad. Lots of homeless in the parking lot. I saw a drug deal happen in the back parking lot. The rooms need serious upgrading. I would not walk barefoot. The floor was not clean. However, the sheets were remarkably clean. Overall, I did not feel good and did not rest well. Again, I want to emphasize that the staff was very nice and helpful.

Even though the hotel is close to the freeway it is a very quiet hotel. Even the few dogs that were there were quiet.

The room was fine, the bad thing was the smell of the sheets and bedspreads, it was terrible, but when we arrived very late, already tired, we had to remove them and share the sheets of the other bed. In the morning when I told the reception to change the sheets, they didn't seem to care, they told me they would give me new sheets for us to change.
