Everything was good until I took my suitcase to the car at 5 am. I had forgotten my room key and couldn't get back into the hotel. I pounded on the doors and yelled repeatedly but no answer. I drove to a store and borrowed a cell phone to call the hotel and no answer. No one was at the desk when I needed them. I was outside for 40 minutes in the heat in Phoenix. I was really upset.

Clean and comfortable!

We stayed for four nights. We had a dr's appointment and funeral to go to. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is amazing. Location was very convenient for us.
