Amazing Stay!
Staff at the front desk were helpful and pleasant. My room was quiet and extremely spacious. The room was modern with a separate eating area and kitchen. It was incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Especially thoughtful was the 3 coffee packages that allowed me to have 3 cups of coffee before the breakfast service started. The breakfast offered had both healthy and unhealthy choices so there was something for everyone. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to afford this hotel unless it's low season (i.e., summer in Phoenix).

AC didn’t cool below 74, ran continuously all night. Bathroom sink drain was broken, amenities were all cheap, overall place was dirty. Homeless roaming around parking lots. Overall place is old and not in a great area. Do not recommend.
