The staff (it was a female that was at the front desk) was very rude and unhelpful. I make this trip every year for 3 yrs now and never once have I ever had any issues. I always have my reservation booked for Friday, Saturday and check out on Sunday. I also make sure to be in contact with the property since I’m driving from Las Vegas and since I drive at night I usually don’t make it in town until after midnight. So even though I kept in contact letting them know what time I would make it there they still cancelled my reservation because I wasn’t there by midnight and my pay option was set to pay at property. So when I arrived at this location at 6:30am on Saturday and tried to check in to my room the Lady that was sitting at the front desk told me I could not check in since my reservation was no longer in their system since I wasn’t there by midnight. She then said I could book another reservation but I would not be able to check in until 4pm that day! So even with me keeping in contact with them letting them know my arrival time it didn’t matter. My daughter whom is 11yrs old and myself had to then sit in the car from 6:30am until 3:00 pm before we were able to check in to another hotel since this hotel was not helpful at all with getting us a room so we could rest before having to go to my daughters Gymnastic competition.

Travelers Beware

Travelers beware – this is not a nice place. I would consider it bottom of the barrel, like slightly above a Motel 6 or a similar cheap stay. It's more of a long-term stay motel than an actual hotel. There were outlets that didn’t work, the sink and the tub drains were both clogged, the bathroom sink sprayed water everywhere instead of coming out of the tap in a stream, the WiFi is terribly slow - and it’s an open network with no passwords so your data and devices are at risk. Loud tenants above and on either side, up all night screaming at each other. The included breakfast was very poor quality and not good food at all, I was gagging on the eggs. The lobby has a very small selection of essentials, like travel sized aspirin and antacids, but nothing else - no disposable razors or other frequently needed necessities. Not in a good part of town. Very dirty and loud area, police and fire truck sirens all night long on both nights. I should have just paid the difference and stayed at the Holiday Inn that’s next door. I will never stay here again and I cannot stress enough, if you’re traveling for business this is not a good place to stay.

Buckle up! Unless you are a drug dealer, don't stay here. Room was filthy. We found beer in the fridge, a pan that was caked in food in the oven, a cockroach in the bathtub, towels were dirty, bed was rock hard, but the main event was a woman pounding on the door at 4:30 in the morning, not once, but several times. Worst experience ever!! We left early and booked somewhere else. Wouldn't refund. Don't stay here!!

The people that work there are accommodating to the locals not to travelers passing thru. It's like an extended stay for the neighborhood. It's not a good neighborhood. I still haven't received my deposit back and it's been quite a few days. If I were on drugs and lived a life of crime I'd stay there and get in good with the manager and my life would be set. I just want an easy payment system a friendly front desk and to not hear people drinking outside late at night. But the room was same cleanliness as a super 8 I guess not bad but not good
