Renovations were being completed so going to give grace. No mirror in the room but added when we asked for one. Not many plugs in the room to charge devices, we ended up having to unplug the tv and microwave so items could be charged. It was good for what you pay for. Due to the renovations the floors were pretty dirty so we ended up wearing shoes/at least socks the good majority. It was a place to sleep for the night.

Room dirty, smelly,mattress had blood spots, dirt y towels. Dirty foot print on wall, crayon and martker scribble on walls. Left to find different place to stay. When went to counter and pressed door bell for help and wanting refund no one came. Don't know how they have 7 rating, worst experience ever. Do not stay.

The staff was courteous and helpful. However, the floor was dusty and needed mopping. There were 2 mice droppings between the beds. The washcloth and towels were washed but not white. A cigarette butt was lying in the windowsill, even though the sign on the door said, "No smoking."

The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. It was almost unbearable but since I was only staying for one night in dealt with it. The bed had stains on the sheets as if someone laid down in the sheets with their shoes on. The room was very inexpensive and you get what you pay for especially given the area.

We've stayed here a couple of times and really like it. The balconies are amazing as we can have food/drinks and the balcony, people watch, and listen to some music that's coming from the van bueren space. Love it

Location is great, short walk to bars and restaurants. This was my 2nd time here. Very strict with checking in at the time to. I tried to check in an hour early 2pm and they told me no, wasn’t even full at all.
