The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Very discusting! Floors kept creeking when you walked on them like you were going to fall through in spots. Spilled nail polish on the floor in the room. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Mold in the corners of the bathtub and bottom of the shower curtains. The drain plug to the bathtub thrown on the floor behind the toilet. Cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom door looked like holes had been patches and then only the patches painted with a darker black than the rest of the door. Also looked like salsa or somekind of food spattered on the doors. Cracks in the floor tiles. Big stains of somekind in the sheets. Dresser drawers that would not stay closed. The handicap handle in the bathtub/shower came off the wall in my sons room next to us. When we booked the hotel, it showed free breakfast. No breakfast at all, only free coffee. The pictures they show of the hotel must be from when the hotel was first built a long time ago. Furniture doesn't match the pictures online. Pool closed by the Department of Health because the gate doesn't close properly. Most of the screen doors on the first floor were off the rollers and just leaning up against the sliding glass doors.

The floor was broken and falling apart. When floor tiles went back in place the dirt/dust went flying. The hand rail fell off in the bathroom while taking a shower, which is not safe. There was no breakfast as advertised, just coffee. Waited 20 minutes for staff so we could check out but no one showed. We called the number left on the desk but no one answered. Another note said ring the bell but there was no bell. Just really weird.

The room was quite dirty, the bathtub floor was cracked and we had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom in the middle of the night. The hallways smelled strongly of weed and there was lots of trash piled up around the property. Staff was minimally helpful with our issues, getting towels, check in, and with getting a refund for our leaky ceiling. I will not stay here again

Just look at the other pictures and the maijuana smell. Booked me in a double instead of the king size bed. I’ll post pictures It says it’s a different hotel brand that has breakfast that didn’t exist. They had coffee occasionally most of the time they were empty. The place is being remodeled that’s why you can’t stay on the first floor. The pictures will show it all.

I stopped in eighteen motels in the last 8 weeks.And I can tell you what this is the worst. Hair on the pillows, cobwebs in the ceiling, bugs in the bathroom, old flooring, back door to the complex was broken.They keep it shut with a cement block

Roaches, holes in the wall and paintings and ragged curtains! A rude housekeeper woke us up early in the morning and said we were losing our deposit. because he thought we were in the wrong room. We had to go to the front desk and prove that we were moved due to many problems in the initial room. They fired the guy who was nice enough to move us. Never again!

It’s choice hotel. Everything is horrible. No breakfast. Non of the stuff on the site I s correct. The doors don’t lock coming in to the hotel. Lamps are broken floors are horrible toilets don’t flush. No where to hang clothes and a 3” gap under the door. Suite has a small king tiny microwave. Small fridge on its last leg. 2 chairs by a desk and an office chair that goes to nothing. A/C works
