We were notified 6 days before our trip that the resort was under construction. Two pools were closed, the restaurant was closed so we didn’t get the vip discount, no shuttle to old town. All the amenities were closed, disappointed

Would recommend anybody to come here construction all over the place. This place is a mess made it has never showed up to my room to assist me with the fireplace called the front desk. It wouldn’t answer the phone. This is the worst hotel. I’ve ever been here and I won’t be coming back.

Loved it here. The welcome was great even though they are going thru renovations they couldn't be more helpful at accommodating us. The place was quiet and clean and easy to walk around. Loved the Waymo driverless taxis everywhere. Took several. Felt super safe even though all my friends freaked out lol. I need to come back next year so will be staying here definitely.

There was a lot of construction around at the time. Only 1 or 2 pools open so they were a little crowded. There is no food options for to renovations. The room was beautiful but it did smell of mildew and needed to be dusted

It felt like you were staying within a little town. While we were there they were working on the main area so one pool was closed but there were still 2 other pools and shopping is very close. The casino was very close and lots to see within short distance

The property was beautiful and the villa was very clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and the front desk reps I met were both very friendly and helpful. The only downside to my trip was the fact that the property is going through renovations and the spa and onsite restaurant/bars & room service were unavailable. I would book with this property again 100% if I am ever in Scottsdale again.

Great Scottsdale location.

Pool was great. AC excellent. Mattress sagged when you settled into it—not so good for neck and back. Shower worked good and drained good. Realize the resort is undergoing major remodeling.
