We came to Scottsdale to relax. And sitting by the pool that was steps from our Villa was perfect. We played pickleball and went to the gym. We walked into town one day if you don’t mind walking. There was a plaza close with dinner options. We also ate at the hotel. We enjoyed the Spa for massages. Would stay again for sure

The property is located in a convenient part of Scottsdale. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. However, the name “resort“ seems to be a bit of a reach. The property is extremely large, but the buildings and signage and the hotel lobby seemed outdated and in need of some renovation. It was nice to have water refilling stations throughout the property, but the machines themselves looked cracked and poorly kept up. We wanted to use the fitness center, and were very surprised at how small it was given the size of the property. There were only three treadmills, and two were in use when we arrived. I went to check out the third one and found it was out of service. Two treadmills for a resort and villas is unacceptable. Tennis courts and pool were nice. Bed incredibly comfortable.

My wife injured her knees on her flight. We were booked on a second floor. On the second evening, I spoke to the front desk and they kindly moved my wife and I to a suite at no extra cost and even sent a bellman to assist us. Very kind of them. Made our last two days wonderful. Thank you very much.

Baby Shower Trip

Love the fact that the room was freshened up daily. We were in th process of printing boarding passes on 8/7 when the printer ran out of paper. A staff member just happened to be walking by and reloaded the printer without even having to be asked. Check in was great. We were on an early arriving flight and the front desk was able to accomodate our request for early check in. Great location. We'll be back.

Staying in the VIP was hardly VIP, it wasn’t even standard. They didn’t do basic cleaning until we complained the third day. The only good staff were the bartenders who worked hard. There was garbage and dishes all over the property. I’ve never seen a resort not have staff walking around keeping the ground clean until now. Unfortunately disappointed.

The grounds are incredible. The rooms are wonderful. Kathy at the garden Café is superb as always. The surroundings are beautiful and the walkability is great. The staff at the front desk is horrible.
