This was our 3rd time at the property. It needs a full upgrade. Tile floors look old, the couch was uncomfortable, the bed was small, and the shower took more than 5 minutes to heat up. All showers should have a step or seat to lift your foot on. This one did not.

There was not enough parking at building 6. Numerous handicapped spots open but no regular spots. The shower water takes at least 7 minutes to come out hot. What a waste of water in a state that needs all the water they can get. I asked 2 other guests and they said the water in their rooms was the same.

Every morning the toilet ran out of water then later on it would come back on and fill the tank. When you went to take a shower you had to let the water run for 5 minutes before you started to get any warm water not hot warm. Had to call the front desk 4 times at 1230 am about a party with loud music above me that woke me up before anything was done about it. Just thought Hilton was better than what I encountered.

The staff was not as resourceful for us not being from Az. The lady in sales gave us the wrong paper for discounts for food in the surrounding area. I requested a later check out, the kids still did not work for the extended time. We were locked out of the room and all gates, were there was NO help to open gates. Even when notified about the late check out the key still did not work which was a embarrassment; in which I did not appreciate.

I was very impressed with the check in. Everyone was super friendly. Our room was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub although I wish the pool was heated. We would definitely stay here again!

I thought the room was beautiful. The bed was OK to sleep in but the bathroom & shower were just like I am use too. Nice shower with good shower soap, shampoo & conditioner. I think I had fun in there just showering. The one down fall was the A/C unit was loud and could not hear the TV when it kicked on. Although the air was cool and comfortable it was loud which made it hard to sleep.

This is an absolute gem. The suite was large, perfectly clean, and had everything you could want. Kitchen was spacious. The bathroom had a large tub and separate shower and both were spotless. The bed was comfortable. The living room had a gas fireplace and was large with a dining area. The property was beautifully landscaped and large pool and hot tub made the evening perfect. It was so nice, we hated to leave. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this resort a 100 .

The kitchen area was nice with alot of items to use. Liked the coffee in the lobby. The room was nice but some area were aging amd needed maintenance (faucets dripped, toilet ran) Overall a lovely place and would stay again!
