The room was dirty hair on the floors and bathroom countertop. The soap for the shower was empty and the WiFi did not work. The property does not have staff working after hours and I had to text someone for help. The WiFi was no fixed and soap came the next morning. I will not be staying here my next trip to Phoenix.

The aparthotel was better than expected, the pictures don’t do it justice and the views from the lounge areas outside were amazing. So many amenities to pass the time and staff was very friendly and helpful in getting us checked in.

The room was nice; pool was amazing! Tiny quibble—never found a sink stopper in the kitchen so I could wash the couple of dishes we used. Ended up using a big pot.
