The card keys we were given were very difficult to make work. had to go back down to desk make sure they were the right room and still had issues. Finally worked but not well. happy they shut down the pool at 10 cause it was loud. Breakfast reasonable. Also the cabinets for clothes was so black and no lighting I had to get a flashlight to make sure we didnt leave anything. Be nice if they had a light. Desk lamp did not work.

Our stay was great at this location. Bed was a little hard but no terrible. Clean, and breakfast was great. Coffee was great. Would stay again. Close to everything you need.

It was a very pleasant stay at Sleep Inn because of the location. It is a very quiet area away from heavy traffic and the rooms have adequate sound proofing. It's very clean and air conditioning/ heater is good. The only drawback I can say about the hotel is the lack of a restaurant both inside and the nearby surroundings, otherwise it is a very good place to stay while in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area.

This hotel has been my go-to for a few years but it's become more rundown and there are now construction workers seemingly living there. One of my main reasons for booking it was to use the pool and it was closed during my recent visit. If I had known this, I would not have booked it. They told me I could go use a pool down the block, but that was too inconvenient for me. Overall, was disappointed and will look for a different place to stay next trip.

Overall the hotel was OK. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning system was pretty quiet. The breakfast was average. The only real complaint was the shower, it was terrible. The staff was very friendly.
