The room was relatively clean but the lobby and breakfast area was sloppy. Biggest concern is I had someone tried to break into my room at midnight by pulling on the door knob aggressively and repeatedly. When I told the front desk worker in the morning, they told me they would let their boss know and dismissed by concern by stating “he was probably drunk”. Definitely unsafe for a woman traveling alone.

Good if you can handle it.

We had an interesting experience at Sure Stay Plus. While the staff was amazing, the property needs some upgrades. Cookies in the evening were nice, and the location is perfect.

The stay was ok, but if you’re a Best Western member but don’t book directly with them you’re treated pretty second class. They also hit your card for a $200 security deposit with no pets, no kids, just 2 old people spending one night. This is near family and a frequent area for us to visit, but we will be choosing another hotel next time.

I didn't arrive until after 9:30. The room was ready and it was clean. The toilet ran during the night and wouldn't flush in the morning. I rattled the handle and everything was fine. The pillows were comfortable and the room was good.
