Basic accommodations; Breakfast buffet basic; no microwave or coffee pot in room and the coffee in lobby was just awful. staff was helpful and kind; housekeeping was excellent; the room itself needed a redo; chipped paint on doors and some rusting in shower. ok if you are just looking for a place to throw your suitcase while you run around the area.

Definitely low end. No in room coffee. Felt like a cheap building with a fresh coat of paint. Would be acceptable for a bargain price, which it wasn’t. Bed and pillows were good.

The staff was wonderful. This is not about people. While feeling gauged for spring training, this review is about the value of my hotel dollars. The door was jacked up and we got stuck inside the first day until the fixed it. Then the toilet kept clogging for little reason. Overall the room was basic at best, no chair or couch the charging device didn’t work. Basic and overpriced but very convenient to my destination in Peoria.

We picked the hotel because the hotel was close to the Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. My wife was scheduled a surgery next day. If you are looking for a hotel you can really rest, I don’t recommend this hotel. The room was so noisy. Especially the air conditioner was so loud. We had to turn it off.
