This was a weird stay... The Hotel looks like it's been renovated recently. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable! But the walls were so dirty in our room that there were dirty marks on the wall that we could wipe off... The bathroom was super clean, but reeked of bleach. It smelled like they dumped a bottle of it in there. When we arrived and checked in the staff member was polite but zero attempt at friendliness or conversation. Did not give us any information about the property whatsoever and then when we ask questions about things like pool time, we're given answers that seemed annoyed. However, the morning staff member at the desk was incredibly warm, friendly, and engaging. Same happy to help! The breakfast was decent. For that price we would stay there again for an overnight airport trip. But not for longer than that.

Bee and all the staff were absolutely wonderful! The location was safe, but near the airport, so as expected, you will hear the planes. At first glance the room was really wonderful. It was clean which I appreciate and there was plenty of room. I am an anxious traveler when it comes to mattresses after a horrible experience with BB. I was highly disappointed that the mattresses did not have protectors on them, especially because this was not a cheap place to stay for the night. Overall the mattresses were uncomfortable. ( ultimately why I rated this with only 3 stars) The breakfast was great, and the fact that they had a shuttle to the airport was amazing. I would stay here again if they had mattress protectors and maybe got better mattresses.

Room was clean, modern and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. Elevators doors were a bit sketchy. When opening and closing they made a horrible grinding noise. If I wasn’t on the 4th floor I would have lugged my bags up and down the stairs.

The room smelled soooo bad. I addressed it with housekeeping who indicated they knew the room the smelled. I spoke to the front desk requesting a room change - they indicated there were no other rooms. I was later in the lobby heading and overheard the front desk checking guest in and offering them a number of different room types. It was so disappointing! If they know the room has a problem, they should not sell it to a guest until that problem is fixed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The convenience started right away with their reliable shuttle service to and from the airport, making travel stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel also offered great amenities, including a fitness center and a delicious breakfast. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides excellent service and convenience. The hotel was quiet for us barely heard anything at all. However staff was moderately friendly, the room had dirty sheets, stain on the couch and the whole 2nd floor reeked of cigarettes. I’m surprised in the high ratings because it is a very mediocre hotel.

I stay there every week. When I check in Lucia is a fantastic person greeting me and does a great job. Makes you feel welcome. Very hard worker. When I check out on Monday morning Marimel is the person that starts my week off on a great note. She is one of the biggest reasons I stay there exclusively. Her smile, attitude and friendliness is contagious and you leave in a great movie and happy you stayed there. Make sure to hold onto Lucia and Maribel. And quite frankly all the staff there are very polite and friendly. Really recommend staying there
