Only because there is nothing lower than a 1 star i would not give them any Stars. I rented 2 rooms 1 for me and one for my nephew and nieces that I took to Water park. When we checked in the lobby was full of homeless people asking for courtesy water.When we checked out i always leave my room spotless and i did the same for the kids to. These are good kids with excellent grades ages 14-17 which is why i rewarded them with the water park. When i asked for a receipt they could not give me one but would email me one. I paid for one room and the second room was thru a 3rd party booking. 2 days after arriving back home in Tucson, I finally received my bill with another almost 300 charge. When I called for an explanation, they told me it was a charge for smoking and drugs use in the rooms. I just about fell on the floor. The girl at front desk was rude and hung up on me. I had to send my bank proof that i was a non smoker by sending them my life insurance policy that shows a prefered rating. I also offered to drug test all the kids but told I would expect the Hotel to pay for it. I called corporate.
the first woman i spoke with was very empathetic and said someone else would reach out to help resolve. I was threatening law suits. No one helped and my bank finally refund me my money. This is the worst Hotel experience Ihave ever had in my life. DO not stay. Beware of rip off practices.
